Add Columns

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to add columns to a view in the Genesys system. These steps apply to My Performance, My Status, My Queues Activity, and My Evaluations.

Select the Performance drop-down menu.

Select the Workspace option from the drop-down list.

Select the My Performance button.

Select the plus sign icon.

Select and drag the scroll bar until you find the column category you are looking for.

Select the category checkbox to add the column. In this case, select the Outbound checkbox.
