Locate the Agent Evaluation View

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to locate the Agent Evaluation View in the Genesys system.

Select the Performance drop-down menu.

Select the Workspace option.

Select the Agent Performance button.

Select the Evaluations at the top of the screen.

Filter users by selecting a user checkbox.

Filter the date by selecting the date link.

Select the desired Agent.

The desired agent’s evaluations are displayed.
