Make a Non ACD Call

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for making a non ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) call in the Genesys system.

Select the calls tab.

Select the plus icon.

Select the New Phone Call option.

Enter a contact name in the Enter Names and Numbers field or use the number pad to enter the phone number.

Select the green phone button.
