Add Email Address

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to add an email address to their profile in the Genesys system.

Select the Profile icon at the top of the left-hand menu.

Select the current contact information.

Select the Edit button.

Select the + New Email button.

Next, enter the email address in the Work Email text box.

Select the Save button to complete the process.
