Locate Chat Settings

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to locate chat settings in the Genesys system.

Select the Profile icon at the top of the left-hand menu.

Select the Preferences button.

Select the Chat tab. 

The settings are in the in the displayed window.
