How to Locate a View

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to locate a view in the Genesys system. These same steps apply to multiple views.

Select the Performance drop-down menu.

Select the Workspace option.

Select a view from the list. In this case, select the Queue Activity button.

The selected view is displayed.
