How to Configure Your Headset

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to configure a headset in the Genesys system.

Select the Calls icon.

Select the settings icon.

Select the Audio Controls drop-down menu.

Select the New Profile option.

Enter a name into the Profile Name field.

Select the microphone drop-down list.

Select your connected headset.

Select the speaker drop-down list.

Select your connected headset.

Select the notification drop-down list.

Select the System Default option.

Select the Save button.
