Modify Voicemail PIN

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to modify their Voicemail PIN in the Genesys system.

Select the Profile icon at the top of the left-hand menu.

Select the Preferences button.

Select the Voicemail PIN tab.

Enter a four-digit number into the New PIN field.

Re-enter the same four-digit number into the Verify new PIN field.

Select the Change PIN button.
