Schedule an ACD Callback

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to schedule an ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) callback in the Genesys system.

Select the Callback icon.

Select the Date field.

Select a date from the calendar. In this case, select the February 7 option.

Select the Time field.

Select the up or down arrows to adjust the time.

Select the Timezone drop-down button.

Select a timezone from the Timezone drop-down list. In this case, select the America/Chicago (-06:00) option.

Select the Phone drop-down button.

Enter a number into the Phone Number field if the callback needs to be to an alternative number.

Select the Schedule button.
