How to Customize an Activity Detail View

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to customize an activity detail view in the Genesys system. This process begins at the Queue Activity view.

Select the queue to view. In this case, select the Acme Customer Service link.

Select the Pick columns icon.

Select the columns to display. In this case, select the Interactions checkbox.

Select the Close panel icon.
