This workflow describes the steps for a user to locate Queue Performance Detail View in the Genesys system.

Select the Performance drop-down button.

Select the Workspace option.

Select the Queue Performance button.

Select the desired queue. In this case, select the Acme Customer Service link.

The window displays the Queue Performance Detail View.
