Locate Queue Interaction Detail View

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to locate Queue Interaction Detail View in the Genesys system.

Select the Performance drop-down button.

Select the Workspace option.

Select the Queue Performance button.

Select the queue to display. In this case, select the Acme Customer Service link.

Select the Interaction button.

The window displays the Queue Interaction Detail View.
