Change User Status in the Agent Performance View

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to change a user’s status in the Agent Performance View in the Genesys system. This process begins in the Agent Performance View.

Hover over the user status icon.

Select the user status drop-down menu.

Select an option from the user status drop-down menu. In this case, select the Break option from the user status drop-down menu.

The color changes to reflect the new status.
