Locate the Agent Interaction Detail View

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to locate the Agent Interaction Detail View in the Genesys system.

Select the Performance drop-down button.

Select the Workspace option.

Select the Agent Performance button.

Select the desired user from the list. 

Select the Interactions button.

The Agent Interactions Detail View is displayed.
