Download a Recording

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to download a recording in the Genesys system. This process begins at the Interaction Detail screen.

Select Download at the bottom of the screen.

Select the File Format drop-down menu.

Select the appropriate file format. 

Select Download at the bottom of the screen.
