Set the Routing and Evaluation Methods

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to set the routing and evaluation methods in the Genesys system.

Select the Queues link.

Select the desired queue.

Select the Routing tab.

Select the Routing Method drop-down menu.

Select the desired Routing Method option.

Select the desired Evaluation Method option.

Select the Save button.
