Manage Members

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to manage the members in the Genesys system.

Select the Queues link.

Select the desired queue.

Select the Members tab.

Select the Remove Member icon for the desired user.

Select the Confirm button.

Select the Add User button.

Select the Name checkbox for the desired user.

Select the Add Selected button.
