Assign a Wrap-up Code

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to Assign a Wrap-up Code in the Genesys system.

Select the Queues link.

Select the desired queue.

Select the Wrap-up Codes tab.

Select the Select new wrap-up codes drop-down menu.

Select the desired wrap-up code.

Select the Add Wrap-up Codes button.
