Deactivate or Activate Agents in the Agents Detail View

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to deactivate or activate agents in or out of the queue in the Agents Detail View within the Performance workspace in the Genesys system.

Select the checkbox next to the agent you want to deactivate.

Select the Deactivate Agents button.

Select the Refresh icon.

Select the Inactive notification.

Inactive agents are now displayed on the bottom half of the screen.

Select the checkbox next to the agent you want to activate.

Select the Activate Agents button.

Select the Refresh icon.
