Review Recent Evaluations

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to review recent evaluations in the Genesys system.

Select the Inbox icon.

Select the Recent Evaluations icon.

Select the evaluation you want to access.

Select the Hide icon to view the entire evaluation.

The entire evaluation is displayed.

Select the scroll bar to view the entire evaluation.

Enter any comments you may have in the Agent Comments field.

Select the I have Reviewed This Evaluation checkbox.

Select the Save button.
