Brief Description
This workflow describes the steps for starting a conference call by adding a participant in a non ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) call in the Genesys system.
NOTES:
- If you put yourself on hold during the conference, you will not hear anything. However, the conference will not have hold music either.
- When adding a participant, the parties added automatically merge into the call.
- The Agent can disconnect, and the other parties will stay connected.
- Genesys Cloud supports a maximum of 20 participants in a conference call.
