Request Time Off from Work

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for requesting time off from work in the Genesys system.

First, Select the Activity tab from the top menu.

Go to your schedule by selecting the View full schedule button or by selecting the Schedule tab.

Select the Time-Off Request icon in the upper right corner.

Select the New Request button.

Select the days that you would like to take time off on the calendar.

NOTE: The following legends indicate the details of where your time off request will appear. Additionally, the long waitlist is only available if clients are using the automated time off feature. If clients are using the manual time off feature, the calendar will not show the calendar legends.

Select the Next button.

Select the Submit button.

A notification displays that the time off request has been successfully added.
