Add Phone Number

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to update their phone number in the Genesys system.

Select the Profile icon at the top of the left-hand menu.

Select the current contact information.

Select the Edit button.

Update the phone number in the appropriate box.

Select the Primary Voice option to assign the main voice line phone number.

Select the Primary SMS (Short Message Service) option to assign the main text line phone number.

Select the + New Phone button if you need to add a phone line.

Select the Save button to complete the process.
