Locate the Real-Time Adherence View

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for accessing the Real-Time Adherence View in the Genesys system.

Select the Admin tab.

Select Real-Time Adherence under the Workforce Management section.

Hover over each colored circle to view the details of each category.

Select each colored circle to view the detailed statistics of each view.

Select the filter icon to filter the data by Business Units or Work Teams.

Select the pin icon to pin an agent to the top of the view.

NOTE: The details of the agent will remain at the top of the view, no matter which view you select.
