Change Password

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to change their password in the Genesys system.

Select the Profile icon at the top of the left-hand menu.

Select the Preferences button.

Select the Password tab.

Enter the password into the Current password field.

Enter the new password into the New password field.

Re-enter the new password into the Verify new password field.

Select the Change Password button.
