Locate Contacts from External Contacts

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to locate contacts from External Contacts in the Genesys system.

Select the Directory button on the main menu.

Select External Contacts from the drop-down menu.

The contacts are listed in the middle of the window. To find a company’s contact information, select an Organizations button.
