Start a Group Chat

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to start a group chat in the Genesys system.

Select the Chat icon.

Select the + icon.

Select the Find Official Group tab.

Type the group’s name into the Find a group field.

Select the group.

Type the message you want to send, then press the Enter key.
