Locate Dialpad from the Call Panel

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to locate the dialpad in the Genesys system.

Select the Calls icon.

Select the Dialpad icon.

The dialpad is in the middle of the window. To call a contact, enter the contact information into the Enter Names and Numbers field, or dial the number using the numbers on the screen.
