Check Voicemail

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to check voicemails in the Genesys system.

Select the Inbox icon.

Select the Voicemails icon.

Select the desired voicemail.

Listening to Your Voicemail

Select the Play icon to listen to your voicemail.

Saving a Copy of Your Voicemail

Select the Down arrow to download a copy of your voicemail.

Forwarding a Copy of Your Voicemail

Select the Foward arrow to send a copy of your voicemail to another group or individual.

Adding Notes to Your Voicemails

Select the Edit option to enter notes regarding this voicemail.

Select the Save option once your notes are complete.
