Deactivate or Activate Users in the Activity Details View

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to deactivate or activate a user in and out of a queue in the Genesys system. This process begins in the Activity Details View.

Select the menu icon.

Select the Deactivate option. A pop-up window confirms the change.

Select the Reload button.

Select the inactive agents notification to begin reactivating inactive users.

Drag the scroll bar until you see the menu icon.

Select the menu icon.

Select the Activate option. A pop-up window confirms the change.

Select the Reload button.

Select the inactive agents notification again to expand the active agents window.
