Add a Profile Picture

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to upload a new profile picture to the Genesys system.

Select the Profile icon on the top of the left-hand menu.

Select the current profile picture.

Select the camera icon next to the profile picture.

Select the New Picture button.

Select a photo by dragging and dropping it into the file area. You may also browse your device or select the Take picture button to use your devices camera.

Once you have chosen a new image, you may crop the photo. Select the Uplode image button to continue.

Select the Done button to complete the process.
