Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to locate the Agent Queue Detail View in the Genesys system.

Select the Performance drop-down menu.

Select the Workspace option.

Select the Agent Performance button.

Select the desired user from the list.

Select the Queues button.

The Agent Queue Detail View is displayed.
