Assign Evaluations

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to assign evaluations in the Genesys system.

Select the Performance drop-down menu.

Select the Workspace option.

Select the Interactions link.

Select the desired interaction from the Interactions list.

Select the Quality Summary tab.

Select the Create Evaluation button.

Select the Evaluation Form drop-down menu.

Select the desired form option.

Select the Evaluator drop-down menu or select the Assign to me button.

Type a name into the Evaluator field.

Select the desired Evaluator option.

Select the Create button.
