Create Dashboards

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to create a Dashboard in the Genesys system.

Select the Performance drop-down menu.

Select the Workspace option from the drop-down list.

Select the Dashboards button.

Select the Add new dashboard icon.

Enter a title into the Enter a dashboard name field.

Select the Add button.

Select the Toggle edit mode icon.

Use the widgets to add a dashlet to your dashboard. The dashlets are highly customizable to fit your needs.

Select the Toggle edit mode icon again to exit edit mode.
