Filter Views

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to filter views in the Genesys system. These steps apply to My Performance, My Status, My Queues Activity, and My Evaluations.

Select the Performance drop-down menu.

Select the Workspace option from the drop-down list.

Choose the view to open. In this case, select the My Performance button.

Select the current month at the top of the screen.

Select This month from the PRESETS menu.

Select the Filters icon. There are several options here for filtering views.

Choose a filter to adjust. In this example, select the media icons of the MEDIA TYPE you want displayed. Each view may have different filters.
