Generating a Schedule Change

Brief Description
This workflow describes the steps for generating a schedule in the Genesys system.
Select the upward or downward arrow to change the number of weeks.
NOTE: The maximum number of weeks is six.
Select the Scheduling Method drop-down menu to change the method of scheduling.
Select a row to choose a forecast.
Select the Generate button.
A notification displays that the schedule generation was completed.
Select the recently added schedule in the Last Scheduling Attempts section to view the schedule that has been created.
Select and drag an activity block to move the timeslot of an activity.
Select the activity drop-down menu to add an activity.
Select the four-headed arrow button then drag and drop the activity in the schedule plan to add the activity.
