How to Customize a View

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to customize a view in the Genesys system. Begin these steps from the Queues Activity View.

Select the queues you want to view. In this case, select the Acme Customer Service checkbox.

Select the Add to filters button.

Select the Pick columns icon.

Choose which columns to display. In this case, select the Longest Waiting checkbox.

Select the Close panel icon.
