Locate Contacts from My Organization

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to locate contacts from My Organization in the Genesys system.

Select the Directory button on the Main Menu.

Select My Organization from the Directory drop-down menu.

The contacts are listed in the middle of the window. To filter the list, select an option on the left.
