Locate Interactions

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to locate interactions in the Genesys system.

Select the Performance drop-down menu.

Select the Overview (Evaluations) option.

Select the Quality Evaluator tab.

All of the data on this page is specific to the user that is logged in. The marked area displays the Interactions Needing Attention.

The marked area displays the Agent Activity.

The marked area displays the Completed Interactions.
