Locate My Data

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to locate their data in the Genesys system.

Select the Performance drop-down menu.

Select the Workspace option from the drop-down list.

The list provides access to several views including My Performance, My Status, My Queues Activity, and My Evaluations.
