Make a Call on Behalf of a Queue

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to make a call on behalf of a queue in the Genesys system.

Select the Start a Conversation icon.

Type the queue name into the On Behalf of Queue field.

Select the queue from the drop-down menu. In this case, select the Acme Customer Service drop-down option.

Type the contact information into the Please enter a number or contact field.

Select the contact from the drop-down menu. In this case, select GRAY, JEAN from the drop-down menu.

Select the make call icon.

Select the End Call icon once your call is complete.
