Manage ACD Messages

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to manage text or Web messages in the Genesys system.

Select the Answer button.

Select the Canned Responses button.

Select the response category that fits your needs. In this case, select the Acme category.

Select the left arrow button.

Modify the text and select the Enter key on your keyboard.

Select the End Messages button.
