Manage Work Teams

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to manage Work Teams in the Genesys system.

Select the Work Teams link.

Select the work team you want to manage.

Select the Add Members button.

Select the Member drop-down menu.

Select the desired user from the list. 

Select the Save button.
