Modify Dashboards

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps to enable a user to modify a Dashboard in the Genesys system.

Select the Performance drop-down menu.

Select the Workspace option from the drop-down list.

Select the Dashboards button.

Select the Edit dashboard icon.

You can edit, add, or remove widgets from your dashboard.

Select the Toggle edit mode icon once your modifications are complete to exit edit mode.
