Modify Notifications

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to modify notifications in the Genesys system.

Select the Profile icon at the top of the left-hand menu.

Select the Preferences button.

Select the Allow Pop-up Notifications option.

Select the Show Pop-up Notifications for Group Chats option.
