Modify a User’s State

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to modify user’s state in the Genesys system.

Select the People link.

Select the desired user checkbox.

Select the Set State drop-down button.

Select the Activate or Inactivate option.

Select the Reason for state change drop-down button.

Select the reason from the list. In this case, select the Seasonal option.

Select the Save button.
