Manage a User’s Queue Membership

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps to manage the users’ queue membership in the Genesys system.

Select the People link.

Select the desired user.

Select the Queues tab.

Select the desired queue checkbox to add or remove the user as a member.

Select the Save button.
