Reset Passwords

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to reset passwords in the Genesys system.

Select the People link.

Select the menu icon.

Select the Reset Password option.

Enter a password into the New Password field.

Re-enter the password into the Confirm Password field.

Select the Save button.
