Select a Phone from the Call Panel

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to select a phone from the call panel in the Genesys system.

Select the Calls icon.

Select the Phone icon.

Enter the name of the phone you wish to access in the Select Phone search field. 

Select a phone from the search results.
