Set IVR Schedules

Brief Description

This workflow describes the steps for a user to set IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Schedules in the Genesys system.

Select the Scheduling link.

Select the Schedules tab.

Select the + Add Schedule button.

Enter a name into the Name field.

Select the Repeating event toggle.

Select the Frequency drop-down menu.

Select the Week option.

Select the desired days of the week.

Select the Save button.

Setting a Group Schedule

Select the Schedule Groups button.

Select the + Add Schedule Group button.

Enter a name into the Name field.

Select the Time Zone drop-down menu.

Select the desired time zone.

Select the plus sign icon.

Select the Acme Customer Service Open M-F option.

Select the Add button.

Select the plus sign icon.

Select the Holiday Schedule option.

Select the Add button.

Select the Save button.
